Payment
- Should you see a product that you would like to purchase leave a comment with your email address under that product on Facebook or email us (littlevintage.info@gmail.com) and we will send you our banking details.
- Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- We prefer working by EFT, but if you prefer cash deposit please pay a R25 cash deposit fee into our bank account as our bank charges us extra for all cash deposits.
Postage/Collections
- Postage prices will be listed with each product.
- Generally: postage is R35 for first kg and an additional R4.70 for each kg or part kg thereafter.
- Once payment has been received we will post your item using standard counter to counter postage via the SA Post Office. We will send you a tracking number and you should receive your product within one or two weeks.
- Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for parcels left unclaimed from the post office, please use your tracking number to check when your parcel has arrived.
- Postage is done on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- If you would like to collect your purchase from our office please email us to make arrangements.
- All collections need to be collected within 48 hours of purchase.
Returns
- If you receive the product and it does not fit, you may return it to us for store credit (not cash refund).
- The product must be returned to us either by dropping it off within 24 hours at our office or posting it back to us immediately once received by you or else return will be forfeited, remember collection dates can be seen on the SAPO site.
