Accessories....Spring time

Spring is around the corner! It's no use getting our toes perfectly painted with bright Spring colours, but our wardrobes are still stuck in grey Winter mode. Come colourize with our bold and bright must have accessories at Little Vintage:-) We are open this Saturday between 9am-1pm, Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Bring on Spring!

A Little Vintage Outfit Inspiration....Sailor Buttons

Hello again:-)  Last week we had some Internet problems, so we only managed to post one Outfit Inspiration post.  But we are up and running and ready to inspire you again this week. 

Have you noticed how sailor buttons are making a huge comeback this season, with chunky silver and gold buttons adorning our much loved winter coats and casual jackets?  I am a big fan of this trend, as its not only inspired by vintage looks of old, but it makes the simplest outfit look a bit smarter.

For today's look, we have added a grey and black jacket with sailor buttons to and everyday black top and pair of jeans - perfect when you are in a rush and want to dress an old pair of jeans up.  We have finished this outfit of with a gorgeous pair of lace up wedge boots, a must have for every winter closet this season:-)

A Little Vintage Style Inspiration... Feminine

Today's outfit inspiration is for all you ladies out there who appreciate all things pink, soft, lacy and feminine. We've teamed up a beautiful soft pink lace dress shirt with a pair of cream knit leggings and brown lace-up brogues.

And the brown brogues from Mr Price (last winter).

A Little Vintage style inspiration

Hello everyone :-) Today we thought we would kick off a new section on our blog, a bit of outfit inspiration for when you are having one of those days when you aren't sure what to wear, otherwise known as a clothing crisis!  We will be posting some outfit ideas twice a week, featuring clothing from our shop and from other retails stores as well.  

We all have those occasions that we have to attend that require us to dress "smart" or make a bigger effort than we usually do.  Instead of putting on your usual little black dress, why not mix it up a bit by adding in some colour.  This winter there are stunning shades of electric blue, mustard, delicious red and bright green in every retail shop you peek into.  Pair your black with one of these colours for a fresh change from the usual all black outfit.  In the snaps below we have paired a black lace skirt and black puff sleeve blazer with an electric blue shirt and shoes.

Stock update

 Hi vintage lovers:-)  What a weekend!  We had some lovely ladies visiting the store this past Saturday and they got loads to wear for the cold winter up ahead.  If you are keen to come for a vintage shopping spree, check out some of the clothing and accessories that we have waiting in the shop just for you. Opening Day

What a wonderful day it was at our opening! Thank you to all those that were able to make it, hope your experience with us was pleasant. To those who are still looking forward to visiting us, please don't hesitate to pop in on weekdays between 9am - 4pm, or Saturdays 9am - 2pm. We are looking forward to seeing you all, there will be more stock arriving this week but we will keep you updated on what is happening so stay tuned ♥
